Q: How will my PS code be delivered?
PSN products are digital items. After successful payment, the code will be automatically sent to the email address registered and verified on your Dropzone member account.
Q: Can I change the email address used to receive the PS code?
If you wish to change the email address for receiving the PS code, please update and verify your email address in “Member Profile” before placing the order.
Once the order is confirmed and the code has been sent, the delivery email address cannot be changed.
Q: What if I entered the wrong email address or did not receive the code?
If the code cannot be received due to an incorrect email address, incomplete email verification, or failure to check spam/junk folders, the code will not be reissued.
Please make sure your email information is correct before placing an order.
Q: Can PS products be returned or refunded?
PSN products are digital content. Once the code has been issued, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

This product is a PlayStation digital membership / top-up code for Hong Kong accounts only.
Please ensure that your PlayStation Network account region is set to Hong Kong before purchasing.
Dropzone is not responsible for redemption failure due to account region mismatch, and the code will not be reissued.
