Free Shipping Threshold
Free Standard Delivery Service is available for a single order with a total purchase amount of HK$500 or above, applicable to one delivery address only.
Shipping Charges
For orders below the free shipping threshold, applicable delivery charges will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery services are available within designated areas of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only.
Additional charges may apply to remote areas and will be charged according to the logistics provider’s actual costs.
Delivery service is not available to:
P.O. Boxes
Border Restricted Areas
Outlying Islands (e.g. Cheung Chau, Lamma Island)
Warehouses
Balcony drop-offs
Non-standard residential or commercial addresses
Delivery Disclaimer
The Company’s delivery responsibility is limited to delivering the goods to the designated delivery address.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, or if you instruct delivery to be received by a third party (e.g. building management), all subsequent risks, including loss, theft, or damage, shall be borne solely by you.
Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed as scheduled due to customer-related reasons, and re-delivery is required, any additional transportation or re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
Additional Charges (No Lift Access / Extra Handling Fees)
Our delivery service is limited to buildings with lift access to the delivery floor.
If the delivery address does not have a lift, or if the goods cannot fit into the lift, delivery personnel may hand over the goods at the ground floor or lobby.
If stair-carrying or additional handling is requested, stair fees will be quoted and charged on-site by the logistics provider, based on actual conditions. Such fees must be paid in cash directly to the delivery personnel.
The Company is unable to provide advance quotations for such charges. All additional handling fees shall be borne entirely by the customer.
Delivery Time for Products Delivered by Authorized Distributors
For products delivered by authorized distributors, we will make reasonable efforts, after confirming receipt of full payment, to arrange delivery on the selected date and time slot chosen during checkout.
However, actual delivery times are subject to traffic conditions, logistics provider scheduling, and unforeseen circumstances. The Company does not guarantee delivery at the exact selected time, and the final delivery arrangement shall be determined by the logistics provider.
If there is any delay due to supplier stock availability or shipment issues, we will notify you by email as soon as practicable.
Delivery Arrangements During Inclement Weather

The above arrangements are for reference only. Actual delivery services are entirely subject to announcements and safety assessments made by third-party logistics providers (e.g. SF Express).
If delivery services are suspended due to weather or safety concerns, delivery will be automatically postponed without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by inclement weather.
Delivery to Macau
(Applicable to Products Eligible for Macau Delivery Only)
Due to cross-border sea transportation and customs clearance procedures, specific delivery dates and time slots cannot be selected for Macau orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
After order preparation is completed, goods will be shipped by sea and handed over to third-party logistics providers. Under normal circumstances, delivery is expected within approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch, subject to logistics and customs clearance conditions.
Tracking
Please pay attention to SMS messages or notifications issued by third-party logistics providers (e.g. SF Express or Macau local couriers).
Customs Duties and Taxes (Important Notice)
For deliveries to Macau or locations outside Hong Kong, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred shall be borne solely by the recipient (customer).
If goods are returned or destroyed due to the customer’s refusal to pay such charges, all resulting costs and losses shall be borne by the customer, and no refund will be issued.
