Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayMe, Octopus, AlipayHK, and WeChat Pay HK.
All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD)

Q. How can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters our system processing workflow.
Whether an order can be modified or cancelled depends on its current status.
All modification, cancellation, or related requests must be submitted via our official customer service channel at Dropzone.cs@dropzone.asia.
Requests made through social media comments or other informal channels will not be processed.


Q. How can I track my order?
Orders are generally dispatched on the delivery date shown in your order record.
To check delivery progress:
Log in to your account and visit “Member Center” → “Order Tracking” to view order activity updates.
If you selected SF Express, you may track your shipment using the SF Express tracking number shown in “Order Details.”
If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.
If you do not receive our email, please check your spam or junk mailbox.

Q. What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you of the arrangement by email or SMS prior to delivery.
If delivery cannot be fulfilled as scheduled due to supplier delays or stock shortages, you may request a full refund.
Once a refund is confirmed, it will be returned via the original payment method and typically takes 2–4 weeks, subject to bank or payment platform processing time.
We will keep you informed of the latest stock and delivery updates via email.


Q. How can I change the delivery address, delivery date, or recipient details?
If you need to change the delivery address, delivery date, or recipient information (including name, phone number, or email), please contact us by email at Dropzone.cs@dropzone.asia 

no later than 12:00 noon, at least two (2) business days before the scheduled delivery date.
Requests received after this deadline may result in the delivery being rescheduled to the next business day.


Pre-order Terms and Conditions

  • The release date of pre-order products is estimated only. Actual shipment dates are subject to supplier arrangements.

  • Available quantities are determined by official distributor announcements and actual stock arrival.
    In the event of limited supply, orders will be fulfilled based on payment priority.

  • Unless an order is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the Company or the supplier, pre-order items are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If the supplier ultimately cancels the product or is unable to supply it, the Company will arrange a full refund. No additional compensation will be provided.

  • Pre-order gifts, bonuses, or promotional items may be cancelled due to supply limitations. No compensation or replacement will be offered in such cases.
