1. Application of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) apply to all purchases of products or services made through the online store operated by Dropzone (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as “DZL”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”) (the “Website”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders, Pricing and Formation of Contract

Invitation to Treat:

All products, prices, and information displayed on this website constitute an invitation to treat only and do not form a binding offer for sale.

Order Confirmation Not Acceptance:

After you place an order and complete payment, an automated “Order Confirmation Email” will be sent.

This email only confirms that we have received your order request and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Contract Formation:

A binding contract shall only be formed when we issue a “Shipping Confirmation Email” or when the goods are dispatched.

Right to Cancel:

Before the contract is formed (i.e. prior to shipment), we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Product is out of stock
• Errors in pricing or product description (including system or technical errors)
• Payment authorization or verification failure
• Suspicion of non-personal use, resale, or bulk purchasing
• Failure to pass our order review or risk control procedures

Refund Arrangement:

If an order is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a refund.

• Refunds will be processed based on the actual circumstances of the order and payment processing conditions
• For refunds arising from non-product-related reasons, the applicable payment processing fee policy will apply
• The final refund amount will be determined based on the reason for cancellation and the actual payment processing outcome

3. User Registration and Conduct
Accuracy of Information
You undertake to provide true, accurate, and complete personal information when registering an account or placing an order.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any transactions conducted through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.
No Resale
Products and promotional offers on the Website are intended for end consumers for personal use only. Unauthorized commercial resale, speculative purchasing, or bulk buying activities are strictly prohibited.
If abnormal purchasing behavior is identified (such as repeated purchases of restricted products using the same account or delivery address), we reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or suspend accounts.

Payment Methods
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayMe, Octopus, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, and other payment methods as displayed on the Website. All transactions are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
Retention of Title
Title to the products shall remain with the Company until full payment has been received.
Shipping Arrangement
Products will only be dispatched after full payment has been successfully received and confirmed by the Company.

5. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Delivery Arrangement
Products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you. Delivery is limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding restricted areas where applicable.
Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to you upon delivery to the designated address, whether received by you, building management, or any third party.
Delivery Delay Disclaimer
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. The Company shall not be liable for any delay caused by logistics providers, traffic conditions, adverse weather, or force majeure events.

6. Overseas Orders and Customs Duties (If Applicable)
Importer Responsibility
If you request delivery to a location outside Hong Kong, you shall be deemed the importer of record and must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Taxes and Duties
All import duties, taxes, value-added tax (VAT), and customs clearance charges shall be borne solely by the recipient.
If products are returned or destroyed due to your refusal or failure to pay such charges, all related costs and losses shall be borne by you, and no refund will be provided.

7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, accidents, riots, war, governmental actions, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, or equipment failures.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Accuracy of Information
While we endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the content on the Website, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, prices, or other content are entirely error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DZL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website or the purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
In any event, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the relevant disputed order.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Dropzone (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
